I believe in the empowerment of clients with chronic conditions through effective education in self management and providing a service tailored to their needs.

After completing massage therapy training in the UK I became interested in the lymphatic system and the integral part it plays in our health.

I became a Vodder trained lymphoedema therapist at the Wittlinger Clinic in Walchsee, Austria in 2012 and shortly after returned back to the Wairarapa to live.

I now practice as a private lymphoedema and massage therapist, am a registered nurse and have been awarded degrees in Education and Nursing.

I am certified in Medical Aesthetic Laser Safety and I am a keen advocate of the use of laser therapy for pain and swelling reduction and improved wound healing. I believe in the implementation of evidence-based research and follow scientific health research in emerging technologies and techniques.

I am a certified Medical Taping Concept Practitioner which I use for lymphatic taping in conjunction with manual lymphatic drainage.
